Customer Service Assistant - Temporary Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant on a temporary basis.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and administrative skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Fluency in both Italian and English is essential for this role.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service support via email, phone, and online platforms
* Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, order processing, and documentation
* Efficiently resolve customer queries and issues
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of concerns
* Maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies
Requirements:
* Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written)
* Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service or administration

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
