Job Description
As a Senior Tax Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality tax advisory and compliance services to our diverse client base. Working closely with our experienced Tax Partner, you will take the lead on various tax advisory projects while maintaining involvement in compliance work.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and overseeing the delivery of tax services to ensure accuracy and adherence to deadlines;
* Providing technical support to junior staff and assisting in their development;
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients, offering proactive advice on tax issues and planning opportunities;
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A recognised accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CPA);
* A minimum of 45 years' post-qualification experience in practice, within a medium-sized accountancy firm in Ireland;
* Strong background in both tax compliance and advisory services;
* A proven ability to manage client relationships and provide commercially sound advice;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
