Safety Advisor Opportunity in Leinster and Dublin Areas
We are seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, ensuring the implementation of a comprehensive safety management system.
* Maintain the Safety Management System, Environmental Management System, and Quality Management Systems to ensure continued compliance with relevant standards.
* Conduct inductions, produce monthly statistics, and champion our Culture Development Programme.
* Carry out site audits, keep up-to-date with changes in legislation and industry guidance, and ensure personnel have necessary training records.
* Investigate incidents, identify significant safety impacts, and implement controls.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A 3rd level qualification in health and safety is required.
* Proven experience on civil engineering/construction sites, excellent interpersonal skills, and good written and spoken communication abilities.
* Good IT skills, a high attention to detail, and a clean driving license for visiting job sites.
