As Store Manager, your main Responsibilities include the following:
Provides the overall leadership and supervision to the staff of the restaurant to ensure that the restaurant meets and exceeds the targets set for their individual store
Provide quality products to our customers by building a system of quality with team members which ensures each delivered product meets Supermac's & Papa John's standards and accurately reflects the customer's order
Within that scope falls many key functions such as budgeting, staffing, training, community involvement, inventory control, labour control
To take the lead role in managing recruitment, selection, placement, training and development
To build and maintain high sales and profits
To investigate and respond directly to customer complaints
To operate within the guidelines of the law
Is fully flexible with regard to working hours including weekends
Meet set targets with regard to food costs, labour costs, customer counts, mystery shopper and pizza audit scores.
Ability to plan and prioritise
Job Requirements:
2-3 years management experience in Catering Industry
Management of team of up to 20 people
Must have a knowledge of Hygiene regulations
Possess HACCP qualifications
A desire to excel in customer service
Experience in driving a fast-paced high-volume store
Candidates must be flexible in their availability on working hours
Enthusiastic, customer-focused, friendly and hardworking.
