Comfort Keepers, Ireland’s Leading Homecare Provider, is seeking a motivated and experienced Care Team Leader to lead our dedicated team of home support workers in Waterford.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support a team of caregivers, ensuring compliance with care plans and service standards.
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of client needs and satisfaction.
Coordinate scheduling and allocate resources effectively to meet client requirements.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care and staff performance.
Serve as a liaison between clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Address any issues or concerns promptly, fostering a culture of open communication and feedback.
Ideal Candidate
Be QQI level 5 (major award) qualified in a Healthcare related field and Level 6 Supervisory Management or Healthcare Equivalent.
Have a relevant health or social care background.
Have a caring and empathetic nature.
Experience within homecare/healthcare desirable.
Have experience in service reviews, spot checks, care plans, assessments etc.
Must have a full clean driving licence and own car.
Benefits and Working Conditions
Work/Life Balance – 37.5 hours/week; Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00 (finish early on Fridays).
