We are currently seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking Digital Enablement Specialist to strengthen our proactive digital team. In this critical role, you'll act as a technological catalyst, guiding and supporting our valued employees across the company, enabling them to leverage our technological tools to their maximum potential and to their greatest advantage.
A significant portion of your role will involve focusing on well-established tech platforms, particularly the Office365 suite. Your focus will be in ensuring our team members can unlock the potential from the tools and services digital provide. You'll be expected to provide clear guidance and productivity training, via in person and online sessions and measure the impact of these tools on our teams.
This role is about more than technical know-how; it's about attitude. We want someone who thrives on challenge, is confident presenting to senior stakeholders, and is keen to upskill themselves and others, particularly in the area of AI agents and automation. You'll be a catalyst for change, supporting colleagues to get the most from our technology platforms and fostering a culture of digital literacy and innovation.
This is about facilitating a deeper understanding and appreciation for these tools, and how they can enhance daily tasks, streamline processes, and improve overall productivity.
Along with enhancing proficiency in current platforms, you'll introduce and train staff on emerging tech. Staying ahead in the evolving tech landscape, particularly with AI tools like Microsoft CoPilot, ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc… is key. You'll research and evaluate these tools, harnessing their potential to transform our operations and propel our business and people forward.
The successful candidate will blend tech enthusiasm with people skills, understanding that user experience is central to digital enablement. They will create an inclusive environment where all feel confident using digital tools, regardless of proficiency. As a Digital Enablement Specialist, they will crucially boost our organization's digital literacy, impacting daily operations and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging training and workshops to upskill staff in existing and emerging technologies, with a focus on Office365 and AI-enabled tools.
* Actively research, evaluate, and introduce new digital solutions, especially those leveraging AI, to drive efficiency and business transformation.
* Develop clear, user-friendly guides and resources to support staff at all levels.
* Collaborate with IT, HR, and the Automation Lead to integrate new technologies and support change management initiatives.
* Provide high-quality support and troubleshooting, always seeking ways to improve user experience.
* Monitor and report on technology adoption and effectiveness, recommending improvements and new solutions.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, communicating clearly with stakeholders.
