Human Resources Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to employees and managers related to HR policies, programs, processes, and procedures on a global scale. This includes being the first point of contact for employees regarding HR topics such as policy questions and either responding or passing on the question to the appropriate person and keeping the employee informed.
The role also involves triaging and responding to tickets to ensure they are responded to appropriately, or passed to the appropriate team with the necessary information. The specialist will establish the employee experience with a strong customer focus, an environment of collaboration and enablement, effective and successful performance, and continuous improvement.
In addition, the HR Specialist will ensure all SLAs/KPIs within HR Shared Services are met within the agreed tolerance levels for timeliness and quality. This includes requests for letters etc. for external purposes (loans/mortgages) and assisting the HRSS team in setting up employees in myHR and working closely with the HRIS team.
The specialist will also manage and maintain HR-related systems and data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee records primarily in Ireland and UK region. Furthermore, they will manage relevant systems iCIMS, SuccessFactors, etc. and maintain up-to-date personnel files and ensure compliance with Data Protection.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing support to employees and managers related to HR policies, programs, processes, and procedures.

* Ensuring all SLAs/KPIs within HR Shared Services are met.
* Managing and maintaining HR-related systems and data.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience with HRMS applications - Employee Central, ECSC.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong knowledge on MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
* Experience with ATS iCIMS.
* Target oriented and team player and have strong understanding of Human Resources Policies, Procedures, and Benefits is preferred.
* Analytical thinker who can focus on tactical and operational issues in a fluid environment.
* Ability to provide a positive user experience through active customer support and identify process deficiencies and perform initial root cause analysis in support of improvements.
* Ability to adapt to changes and work across system platforms and execute accordingly and to engage employees in different cultures.
Education Qualification: Undergraduate or Graduate in Human Resources or equivalent.
Fluent in English.
