HR Administrator/Payroll We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR/Payroll Administratorto join our Clients team in Bandon. Hours:8:30am 5:00pm Location:Bandon, Salary: DOE Key Responsibilities: Assist all aspects of weekly payroll processing with accuracy and confidentiality. Provide general HR administration support, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards. Prepare and deliver weekly HR reports and assist with ad hoc reporting as required. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning processes. Coordinate training and development activities, including needs analysis and course delivery. Support the performance management process and help drive employee engagement. Partner with Group HR to develop and implement HR policies and engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance and best practice in all HR and payroll-related matters. Support front-line management with employee relations and industrial relations queries. Promote positive employee relations, wellbeing, and satisfaction across the site. What Youll Need to Succeed: A passion for people and culture with a proactive, can-do attitude. A relevant HR or Payroll qualification (or equivalent experience). Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a varied workload. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. High level of attention to detail, discretion, and commitment to accuracy.
