Job Description:
The role of Financial Integration Specialist is instrumental in aligning financial processes, systems, and reporting standards across diverse teams and regions. You will be the main point of contact between finance, operational teams, and acquired businesses throughout the integration lifecycle.
This involves leading the integration of newly acquired companies to ensure alignment with internal policies, systems and reporting frameworks. Additionally you will develop and manage structured onboarding plans covering finance, systems & operations.
Serving as a key liaison between cross-functional teams including HR IT Operations Compliance among others your primary responsibilities include collaborating streamlining efforts providing strategic input challenge constructively supporting effective decision-making identifying mitigate risks resolving issues driving continuous improvement throughout integration process contributing development toolkits best practices travel internationally as needed support activities onsite.
(minimum 2 years industry/commercial experience).
