Base pay range
This range is provided by Eden Recruitment. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Responsibilities
* Communicating with customers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure client requirements are met.
* Creating jobs on inhouse system and progress to close stage.
* Assigning work to engineers and subcontractors.
* Updating job details in real time on inhouse system.
* Following up on works to ensure compliance with statutory requirements is completed.
* Working closely with the Contract Management Team and escalating any urgent issues.
Qualifications
* Must be fluent English speaker and be permitted to work in Ireland.
* Minimum one year experience in a fast-paced dynamic customer service environment.
* Excellent communication and customer care skills.
* Technical aptitude and IT skills.
* Organisational, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Technical background in facilities management / trades / mechanical / electrical - desirable but not essential.
