Field Sales Solutions is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Field Sales Representative to work with Ferrero, one of the world's leading FMCG companies, known for iconic brands such as Ferrero Rocher, Kinder, Nutella, Tic Tac, Thornton's & MANY MORE!
Territory you’ll be covering: KILDARE / CARLOW / NEWBRIDGE
What You’ll Be Doing
* Focus on driving sales within grocery, convenience, and wholesale sectors.
* Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to increase brand visibility, product availability, and sales.
* Identify new opportunities to boost brand presence in stores, ensuring products are well-displayed and readily available.
* Analyse and utilise sales data to engage with key stakeholders and influence decisions.
* Own your territory and manage relationships with stores in your area.
Salary & Benefits
* €34,000 p/a basic salary.
* Opportunity to earn Up to 11.5% performance related bonus

* 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday), with flexibility on working hours

What You’ll Need
* Ambition and drive to exceed sales targets
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Self-motivation and ability to work independently, with excellent time-management skills
* A passion for sales and a genuine enthusiasm for Ferrero’s brand portfolio
* A full, clean Irish driving license
