Human Resource Director (EMEA)
Our client, a leading international organisation, is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead HR strategy across a diverse, multi-country region.
This is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to partner with executive stakeholders and drive business success through high-impact people initiatives.
The Role
Act as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership, shaping and delivering regional people strategies
Lead and develop HR teams, driving capability, consistency, and operational excellence
Oversee talent management, workforce planning, succession, and leadership development
Manage complex employee relations matters and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture
Partner on compensation and benefits to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity
Ensure full compliance with local employment legislation across multiple jurisdictions
Lead regional HR projects, using data and insights to inform decision-making and improve performance
About You
7+ years' progressive HR experience, including senior leadership exposure
Proven track record in multi-site, international environments, an advantage
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior level
In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
Commercially focused, with strong analytical and problem-solving capability
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday) advantageous
