Propose creative, effective solutions to address project-specific and industry-wide challenges.Support the growth and development of Junior Engineers and technical staff.Collaborate with various departments to ensure project deliverable are completed within scope, budget and timeline.Ensure the preparation and maintenance of all relevant manufacturing specifications.Oversee line extensions and new product introductions (NPI's), ensuring any supporting documentation is in place.Implement lean practices and continuous improvement strategies to enhance project outcomes.Any other duties as assigned by management.Skills/ QualificationsRelevant bachelor's degree or master's with a minimum of a 2:1 or equivalent.3- 10years of proven experience in an Engineering position.Knowledge of engineering theories, methods and work measurement techniques.Proven ability to use engineering methods during design, development, and maintenance to improve product quality and reduce costs.Excellent Problem solving skillsCapable of coordinating and contributing to multiple project development teams.Detail-orientated and results driven.What we have on offer?At Tricel, we care about you and your progression.
