Requirements & Qualifications:
1. A strong educational background in agriculture or animal science is highly desirable.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective collaboration within the team.
3. The ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team structure is vital for success in this role.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, be able to work effectively under pressure, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering results-driven solutions. They will also have experience working at heights safely using fall protection equipment.
