We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination and delivery of a programme of construction works aimed at enhancing universal access across the estate.
The works will comprise of a high volume of small and medium-scale projects (Often integrated with routine maintenance and planned works) rather than major capital schemes with their own programme structures.
The aim is to enhance universal design and accessibility across all areas of the estate.
The Project Manager will report directly to John Kelly, Head of Engineering & Maintenance Management and work closely with key staff across the University, including the Universitys Disability Service.
The postholder will ensure the highest quality of project management, quality reporting, risk management, stakeholder management and scrupulous adherence to TCD governance procedures.
The role is the central point of all inputs and outputs to projects, in conjunction with the other officers, committees and positions relating to a capital project as set out in the Universitys Programme Management Office manual Post Summary: Project Manager- Universal Access Projects Post status: Specific Purpose Contract * * The specific purpose of this employment is to oversee the planning, coordination and delivery of a programme of construction works aimed at enhancing universal access across the estate.

The aim is to enhance universal design and accessibility across all areas of the estate.
Employment is not offered on an indefinite duration basis as it is expected that work on this project will be completed within a definite period.
Hours of Post: 35 hours per week Salary: This appointment will be made on the Administrative 1 (Points 1-3), Salary Scale ( €70,240 - €90,865 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy.
