The travel coordinator will be responsible for the travel and accommodation needs of the company. This is a fully on-site, 1 month temporary contract, with a €40,000 pro-rata salary based in Dublin 22.
Responsibilities
* Manage the travel and accommodation requests of employees and executives in a timely manner according to project schedules
* Assist with arranging appropriate modes of travel such as flights and rental cars, as well as making hotel reservations, coordinating with landlords/estate agents, and preparing itineraries
* Liaise with various travel agencies and companies for bookings and cancellations
* Log and maintain all travel records, spreadsheets, and calendars.
* Log and check all travel agency invoices on a weekly basis.
* Prepare high quality monthly travel reports for the payroll team.
Requirements
* Fluent English, both written and spoken
* 3+ years experience in a similar admin role
* Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and long-term apartments
* Self-motivated, assertive individual, problem solver and teamwork oriented
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Extremely proficient in MS Office applications
