Payments Risk and Control Analyst - JP Morgan - Dublin - 6 months contract - Onsite -PAYEWe are seeking a Payments Risk and Control Analyst to join JP Morgan's Legal Entity Oversight Team in Dublin on an initial 6 months contract with a view to potentially extend up to 18 months.Job SummaryAs a Payments Risk and Control Analyst you will work within the Legal Entity Oversight (LEO) team to support outsourcing governance requirements across the EMEA Merchant Services business. The LEO team is responsible for Legal Entity Governance, Outsourcing Governance & Operational Resiliency, and Project Management. This role focuses on ensuring outsourced activities meet regulatory and business requirements, supporting risk and control forums, and collaborating with business and corporate support functions.What You'll Do* Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure consistent application of best practices across outsourced relationships.* Support the interpretation, oversight, and alignment to key regulatory outsourcing obligations for EMEA legal entities.* Attend and contribute to risk and control forums, providing timely reporting and updates.* Advise on governance standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.* Lead and support on regulatory required reporting.* Maintain attention to detail and ensure effective collaboration across the organisation.What You Bring* Experience in Financial Services, Payments or Outsourcing governance (preferred).* Strong organisational, governance, and analytical skills.* Ability to analyse problems, apply quantitative approaches, and synthesize information.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to all levels of the organisation.* Proven ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.* Self-starter with a proactive approach to process improvement.* Technical and analytical skills, including data manipulation.* Experience working with geographically distributed and culturally diverse teams.* Flexible and adaptable to business change.About YouYou are a collaborative team player who enjoys influencing outcomes, challenging the status quo, and driving process efficiency.
