We are hiring two exceptional graduates or early-career hires to work on-site in Dublin.You will sit at the intersection of:• engineering, architecture, and construction• software, automation, and AI toolingThis role suits someone highly intelligent, self-directed, and curious, who wants responsibility early and is comfortable figuring things out without hand-holding.What You'll Actually DoDepending on your strengths, you will work across several of the following:• Build AI-assisted workflows for drawing review, planning and regulatory checks, and design consistency and clash detection• Automate repetitive technical tasks using Python, scripts, and AI models (LLMs, vision tools, etc.)• Work with architectural and engineering drawings• Translate regulations, guidance notes, and design intent into structured rules and automated checks• Support live construction projects with faster analysis, better documentation, and fewer errors and delaysYou will be expected to own problems, not just execute tasks.Requirements – Essential• Degree (or strong progress toward one) in Engineering, Architecture, Computer Science, Maths, or similar• Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills• Evidence of initiative (projects, self-learning, startups, competitions, side work, etc.)• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision• Willing to work in person in Dublin• Strong written and verbal communicationStrongly Preferred (not all required)• Programming experience (Python, JavaScript, etc.)• Exposure to AI tools, automation, or scripting• Familiarity with BIM, CAD, Revit, or construction workflows• Experience reading technical drawings or specifications• Evidence of exceptional ability in something (academics, sport, music, coding, games, etc.)We care more about raw ability and drive than perfect CVs.
