Operations Management Role
A leadership position that oversees the logistics and installation operations across Ireland and the UK.
This is a strategic role that requires an experienced professional to manage and improve the operational processes, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality services. Key responsibilities include leading teams, planning and scheduling, fleet management, and client liaison.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations or manufacturing management, with experience in change management and team leadership. A proven track record of improving performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process changes is essential. Additionally, knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, as well as ERP systems, is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead from the front – Hire, train, and inspire manufacturing, logistics, and installation teams.
2. Own the operations game – Oversee scheduling, deliveries, fleet management, and installation planning.
3. Project shepherding – Liaise with clients to ensure their kitchens are delivered and installed with excellence.
4. Driving improvement – Identify ways to streamline, automate, and enhance operations as we scale.
5. Export logistics – Manage cross-border logistics and compliance for our growing UK customer base.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years of experience in operations or manufacturing management
2. Change management experience within a scaling or growing organisation
3. Proven leadership chops – You've led production teams and improved performance
4. Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement tools
5. Strong understanding of ERP systems and how they boost operational visibility
