Role & Responsibilities:
* Architect, develop, and deliver scalable full-stack solutions using modern best practices.
* Address complex technical and design challenges with a focus on performance and maintainability.
* Contribute to the development of high-availability, performance-driven web applications.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to plan, build, and release new features.
* Evaluate and introduce modern tools and frameworks to enhance development efficiency.
* Promote high-quality standards through testing, reviews, and performance optimization.
Required Experience & Skills:
* 6+ years of hands-on experience within the .NET development ecosystem.
* Advanced expertise in C#, modern .NET versions, and relational databases.
* Strong background in unit testing and quality-focused engineering.
* Practical experience with cloud platforms and modern delivery pipelines.
* Familiarity with CI/CD workflows, containerisation, and deployment automation.
* Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimise both frontend and backend performance.
* Experience testing and debugging across modern browsers.
* Exposure to frontend frameworks such as Angular or React.
* Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
