This onsite role offers broad exposure to all aspects of residential lettings and property management, including resident communication, arrears management, maintenance coordination, rent reviews and community enhancement.
You will be part of a dedicated team supporting a market-leading client, delivering exceptional service standards within the PRS sector.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organised, and efficient, with a strong customer-focused approach and a natural ability to engage with residents to ensure a best-in-class experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Lettings Property Manager in maintaining high occupancy levels and minimising vacancy rates.
* Ensure all lettings and tenant data systems are accurately maintained and up to date for effective reporting.
* Assist with arrears management and rent review processes.
* Conduct property viewings and routine inspections as required.
* Respond to all enquiries in line with agreed service level standards.
* Ensuring RTB records are kept up to date and that registrations are completed in a timely manner.
* Coordinate and manage all maintenance requests from residents, ensuring timely resolution. Coordinate and provide resident events alongside the onsite team.
* Liaise with residents in a professional, friendly, and solution-focused manner.
* Deliver first-class customer service to both residents and prospective applicants.
* Support the wider management team with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as required.
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
* Lettings & Tenant Management experience is not essential but desirable
* Must have the ability to learn and implement a new computer system
* Must be Word and Excel proficient
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks
* Excellent communication skills displaying sensitivities to and understanding of residents' needs
* A team player
* Solution baseed.
* Good communicator and negotiation skills
* Understanding the importance of achieving deadlines and ensuring quality output
