Job Description
The Associate Quality Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for driving quality assurance within operations and other business functions. This individual will lead a dedicated Quality Operations team, providing direction in preventive measures and continuous improvement of products and processes.
As the leader of the Quality Operations team, you will have primary responsibility to drive engagement, ensure compliance with corporate standards, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
This includes leading the Quality Engineering Team to provide technical guidance and direction to operational areas on site. You will also support alignment with site commitments ensuring conformity to producing products meeting customer requirements.
