Minimum Requirements:
* Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
* Minimum one (1) year of experience in Home Health nursing (preferred but not required)
* Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages
* Current Tuberculin (TB) test and CPR certification
* Clear criminal background and drug screening
* Empathy and a genuine desire to help others
* Willingness to travel within the service area
* Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
