We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring a world-class dining experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
* Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver consistently high standards of hospitality.
* Collaborate with senior management to deliver a memorable dining experience.
* Manage reservations, floor plans, and guest flow to optimise service quality and revenue.
* Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and implement feedback-driven improvements.
* Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
* Control costs and manage budgets, including labour & stock.
* Support marketing initiatives to enhance the restaurant's profile.
* Develop and mentor team members to ensure career progression and staff retention.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar fine dining or luxury hotel restaurant management role.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to deliver exceptional guest service.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* A passion for food, wine, and hospitality excellence.
