**Senior Marketing Executive Role**
Morgan McKinley has partnered with a construction and property company to fill a 12-month fixed contract Senior Marketing Executive position. This role is ideal for a Manager-level professional with 5+ years of experience working in brand & sponsorships.
The successful candidate will contribute to the development of strategic marketing plans, oversee brand campaigns, and support key communications and sponsorship activities, working closely with both internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in shaping and implementing a long-term marketing strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Coordinate and deliver brand campaigns that align with the company's mission and values.
* Support the delivery of consistent, effective messaging across all communications channels.
* Contribute to the planning and management of sponsorships and corporate events that reinforce brand presence.
* Aid in the development and promotion of sustainability and CSR initiatives through targeted marketing efforts.
* Manage content production, update platforms, track performance metrics, and help optimise campaign outcomes.
* Present marketing strategies and creative work to stakeholders and senior management.
Skills and Experience Required
* A qualification in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
* At least 5 years' experience in a marketing or branding role.
* Proven ability to lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
* Experience with brand communications, sponsorship activation, and event management.
* Excellent organisational, project management, and communication skills.
* Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
* Familiarity with digital and social media marketing best practices.
