The role
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting on the financial integration of several trading entities into a single consolidated structure.
* Own and drive the alignment of balance sheet reconciliations across entities.
* Collaborate with internal finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.
* Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data and processes.
* Support the development of consolidated reporting frameworks and controls.
* Provide strategic input on financial systems and process improvements.
* Act as a key liaison between finance and operations.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in
project finance
,
mergers & acquisitions
, or
financial integration
.
* Strong understanding of
balance sheet reconciliations
and
consolidation processes
.
* Hands-on experience with
NetSuite
is a significant advantage.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Ability to work independently and take full ownership of deliverables.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
