We are seeking a part-time Accounts Assistant to join our team.
This role offers flexible working hours and a hybrid work model, allowing for a great work-life balance. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing weekly and monthly payments to suppliers, preparing and posting monthly journals, completing monthly bank reconciliations, compiling supporting schedules for monthly customer sales invoices, processing supplier invoices and reconciling against statements, and assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks and project work as required.
Responsibilities:
* Manage financial transactions and ensure timely payment to suppliers
* Prepare and post financial reports on a regular basis
* Reconcile bank statements and identify any discrepancies
* Compile and analyze financial data for management reporting
* Process and reconcile supplier invoices and statements
* Provide administrative support as needed
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an Accounts Assistant role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
