Forensic Investigations and Disputes Role Overview
This position plays a pivotal role in assisting clients to promptly address allegations of accounting misstatement, fraud, bribery and corruption, including regulatory breaches.
About the Position
* Collect and assess evidence from various sources, including document review and formal investigation interviews.
* Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and draft formal reports in the context of expert witness or investigation assignments.
* Collaborate with clients and other teams to provide pragmatic solutions to manage risk, including the risk of fraud, in situations of crisis.
* Work with our Forensic Technology team to extract and review structured and unstructured data to assist in investigations and assessing/monitoring fraud risk.
Your Skills and Qualifications
* Forensic experience in a professional services firm or within a forensic/investigations practice of a large corporation.
* Membership of a professional accountancy association is required (e.g. ACA, ACCA).
* Able to work within multi-disciplinary teams and projects.
* Leadership and management skills, including delegating to team members.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
