Job Description Purpose of the Post Reporting to Children's Disability Network Manager, the Social Worker will, on a Permanent Whole time contract, work as a member of the interdisciplinary team in collaboration with MDT colleagues providing services to children from 0-18 years and families who are accessing the Children's Disability Network Team.
Experience and Qualifications Must be registered with and maintain registration on the Social Work Register maintained by the Social Work Registration Board at Coru.
Experience of working with children & families.
Experience of working disability services.
Safeguarding experience.
Full Driving License.

Salary In line with the Department of Health consolidated pay scales, the current salary scale is Social Worker; €50,120 - €72,356 incl.
