A global leader in Business Services in Dublin is seeking a Proposal Manager to join its growing commercial team.
As Proposal Manager, you will play a key role in developing winning bids, coordinating cross-functional input, and ensuring proposals reflect the companys value and expertise within the mobility and fleet management space.
The Role Develop and implement bid strategies aligned with commercial goals Understand client needs, assess competitive positioning, and define the bid value proposition Coordinate with internal teams to gather information, align messaging, and ensure consistency across the proposal Create detailed proposal plans covering timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and required resources Write, edit, and review proposal content, including executive summaries, technical sections, and pricing information Manage and maintain the proposal repository (RFPio), including templates, past submissions, and reference material Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Pricing teams to ensure bids are accurate, compelling, and aligned with client requirements The Person BS/BA degree or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years experience in sales proposals; 3+ years preferred Background in B2 B services preferred; fleet or government bid experience a plus Strong writing skills with experience in business or creative writing Proficient with MS Office; experience with presentation software is an advantage Project management capability: able to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment For further details please contact; Paula OReilly on or send CV in confidence to
