Overview

Job Title: HR Partner - Systems, Pay and Data

Department: Human Resources

Job Type: Permanent

Hours: 37 per week (Full-Time)

Role Purpose

To provide HR Systems advice and support to Managers and Staff in the hospital, ensuring compliance with HR policies and relevant legislation in line with best practice.


Qualifications / Experience

* 3-5 years of experience; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
* Strong experience working with HR Systems
* Analytical and numbers literate
* Highly developed communication and presentation skills
* Strong team player, supportive at all levels
* Ability to work under pressure and deal positively with difficult situations
* Solutions oriented – creative & proactive approach
* Ability to prioritise and meet key deadlines
* Discrete – understands confidentiality in the job
* Excellent attention to detail


Key Responsibilities

* Superuser of the HR System
* Provide technical support, troubleshooting and guidance to system users
* Develop the existing HR System and assist with implementation of new HR Systems
* Collaborate with IT and Business Intelligence teams to identify system improvements and enhanced reporting
* Develop the Pay and Benefits areas to embrace technical solutions (workflows and automation of timesheets)
* Provide ongoing training to Managers on the HR System
* Analyse data and support Managers on data requests where required
* Work closely with, and advise Heads of Departments, Managers and Staff on HR System and Data
* Assist in the payroll checking process with local managers
* Produce reports on headcount, absence and turnover as required
* Update and maintain data on relevant systems, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy
* Work closely with HR colleagues and provide overall HR support to the hospital
* Maintain HR records and provide statistical information as required
* Prepare and maintain Employee HR Files
* Champion continuous development & refinement of HR administrative processes and services to improve efficiency and overall service
* Payroll: collate, prepare and complete reports for monthly payroll with payroll team, managers and providers as required
* Ensure processes, policies, systems and relationships are fair, equitable and foster a culture of openness, trust and inclusion
* Contribute and lead on HR projects as requested
* Perform any other tasks that may be assigned
* Report directly to the HR Data Manager
* Adhere to HR policies as set out in The Blackrock Clinic Employee Handbook
* Cooperate and take part in the Blackrock Clinic Mission Statement in dealing with patients and clinic staff
* Undertake any other duties that may reasonably be required
* Comply with policies and procedures at Blackrock Clinic regarding Health & Safety, Accident & Incident Reporting, Complaints Procedure, Fire Policy and Evacuation
* Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all activities of Blackrock Clinic
* Present a professional appearance and conform to the dress, hygiene and infection control policies of the clinic
