Our client, a well-established Facilities and Services organisation based in Belfast, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the Employee Relations function and support the delivery of an inclusive, engaging, and compliant people strategy across the group. The Role As HR Manager, reporting to the Head of HR, you'll lead the HR team and act as a key advisor to managers across the business. You'll manage complex casework, support policy development, and ensure a fair, consistent approach to all people-related matters. This role offers a mix of strategic input and hands-on case management, ideal for someone confident in employment law, with a coaching approach to line manager support. What's on Offer?
