EY is looking for experienced SAP professionals to join our technology consulting practice in Dublin or Cork. You will become a key member of a growing SAP team, delivering S/4HANA solutions to large clients and supporting broader practice development.
The Team and the Opportunity
Our SAP practice is investing heavily in S/4HANA, Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors, Concur, GTS, SCP, Analytics and other emerging SAP solutions. You will focus primarily on the delivery of SAP services to one or more large clients implementing SAP S/4HANA, and will also help develop high‑performing individuals and teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead workshops to understand client requirements and design integrated SAP manufacturing solutions, including PP, PP/DS, Production Execution, and Manufacturing Systems Integration.
Oversee the full manufacturing lifecycle, from demand planning and MRP to shop floor execution and delivery, leveraging S/4HANA’s capabilities.
Configure and customize SAP PP and PP/DS functionalities for finite scheduling, sequencing, and resource optimization, ensuring efficient production and minimizing bottlenecks.
Drive the development and maintenance of scalable, reliable SAP manufacturing architecture, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Produce design and configuration documentation, functional and migration specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
Share best practices, mentor team members, support sales activities, and facilitate client events.

Qualifications
Third‑level qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or relevant experience.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience delivering SAP PP and PP/DS functional areas with a proven track record of successful implementations and support.
Experience or demonstrable understanding of S/4HANA best‑practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenarios.
In‑depth knowledge of SAP PP and PP/DS modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
Strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams with a collaborative and supportive approach.
Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with senior‑level clients.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant SAP certifications in Manufacturing or related modules.
Experience with synchronized planning processes integrated with SAP IBP or related integrated business planning solutions.
Proven ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into effective SAP manufacturing solutions.
