Part-Time Accounts Technician Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Technician to join our team. As a key member of the finance team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments efficiently, and providing administrative support.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable and payable.
* Process invoices and payments promptly, ensuring all financial data is accurate and compliant.
* Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions for accuracy.
* Support the preparation of budgets and financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Requirements:
* A qualification as an Accounting Technician or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
* Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar finance-related role, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
* Familiarity with accounting software, particularly SURF, is a significant advantage.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential for this role.
