Lead and manage site teams, including subcontractors, trades, and direct labor. Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management. Implement and enforce health and safety protocols in compliance with Irish construction regulations. Resolve any technical or operational challenges that may arise during construction. Liaise with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Manage budgets, materials, and equipment to maintain cost efficiency. Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in large-scale residential construction. Strong understanding of Irish construction standards, health and safety regulations, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
