Responsibilities of Coach Driver: Safely operate a Class D public service vehicle along scheduled routes Adapt to a rotating shift schedule (e.g., early, late, split, night/weekend shifts) Deliver excellent customer service: assist passengers and handle queries professionally Maintain compliance with health, safety, transport regulations, and required documentation (tachograph, CPC, logbooks) Perform pre and post-shift vehicle inspections and report any issues Adhere to company policies and represent the organisation positively Shift Pattern: Rotatory shift schedule-likely on a multi-week (e.g., 5-week) rota, covering early starts, late finishes, night shifts, and split shifts Shift system in operation Early /Middle / Late: Early shift ranges from 04.35 to 09.59 Middle shift ranges from 10.00 to 13.59 Late shift ranges from 14:00 Qualifications & Requirements: Full, clean Irish Class D driving licence Digital Tachograph card Valid Driver CPC for public service vehicles Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work unsocial hours, weekends, nights, and public holidays Training & On-boarding: Comprehensive 3 week training program including: Route familiarisation Customer care and safety protocols Tachograph and CPC training (possibly offered in-house) INDGAL Skills: D Drivers Licence Benefits: Parking Subsidised Catering Travel Benefi
