We are seeking talented and experienced chefs for a 4* Hotel in County Wexford.
This is a fantastic opportunity for detail-oriented chefs who are passionate about developing new dishes, ensuring the highest quality and a strong emphasis on exquisite food presentation.
The successful candidate will fit in a strong and dynamic team to execute a first-class culinary experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and service.
Assisting with the overall development of the team.
Lead and train the kitchen team, fostering a positive and efficient working environment.
Manage food costs, inventory, and ordering in line with budgetary targets.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
Collaborate with the Executive Head Chef to create seasonal menus and new dishes.
Requirements
1+ years proven experience as a Chef De Partie and above
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Have a track record of training and developing individuals to achieve their best
Excellent culinary skills with a passion for delivering high-quality, fresh, and innovative dishes
Solid understanding of kitchen operations, including cost control and stock management
Up-to-date knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
