Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager, Regional Lead, will oversee the recruitment function for AMD in EMEA. This strategic business partner will develop and lead hiring initiatives to meet overall recruitment goals and targets in partnership with other Regional Leads.

The Role
This is a unique opportunity for a passionate talent acquisition leader who has demonstrated strong execution and end-to-end ownership in the technology industry fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be experienced in building a strong recruiting team across multiple locations and will have a willingness to roll up their sleeves and demonstrate initiative, results-orientation, and a constant focus on service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner with senior leaders to understand business strategy challenges and focus recruiting efforts to align with and/or develop the workforce plan.
2. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all levels within the organization to create a partnership that yields success and credibility.
3. Build upon and increase AMD's employment brand ensuring an ability to attract the highest quality talent.
4. Lead and manage executive-level recruiting.
5. Partner with internal Centers of Excellence (COEs) to manage all supporting processes (Immigration, Global Trade, On-boarding, and Background Investigation etc.).
6. Proactively review and refine processes to increase recruiter/hiring manager efficiencies, foster consistency, support a highly positive candidate experience, and ensure regional compliance requirements.
7. Be a champion and stay up-to-date with the latest recruiting trends both within the technology industry as well as throughout other progressive companies.
8. Lead various talent team projects related to recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.
9. Manage and leverage recruiting technology to enhance business results, provide scalability, timely information, and ensure consistency.
10. Provide reporting and metrics as needed by the business.
