DECOTEK Automotive is based in the Irish midlands employing approximately 320 people in a highly skilled manufacturing environment. We design, develop and manufacture premium exterior trim components for the global automotive industry customers.We are currently recruiting for a full‑time Sales Administrator. Working hours will be Monday‑Friday 08.00‑16.30.ResponsibilitiesResolve customer queries, complaints, and disputes and keep customers updated on possible solutions.Coordinate internally when needed and update customer portals.Process all customer orders on SAP and check stock availability.Ensure cost‑effective contracts and purchasing, proactively looking to reduce costs through efficiency and automation.Manage logistics issues and communicate them to the manager.Handle customer interactions both in person and over the phone.Manage all queries end to end.Perform general office duties, including filing, faxing, and emailing.Qualifications & ExperienceGood documentation and communication skills.Excellent time management and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.High flexibility and willingness to learn and develop.Positive attitude, proactive and ability to prioritise workload.Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.Fluency in English (spoken and written).Benefits21.5 days of annual leave plus 10 statutory bank holidays.Compassionate leave.Refer a Friend scheme.Bike to Work scheme.Employee Assistance Programme offering up to 8 free counselling sessions and other wellness benefits.Attendance Bonus.Health & Safety Bonus.Bi‑annual events including Summer BBQ and Christmas dinner.Other wellness benefits.
