Main Purpose of this role:
To ensure the stores scanning systems are operating efficiently and effectively at all times and provide accurate and timely information to management.
Main Duties:
* Ensure integrity of product information and pricing;
* Ability to use all functions of the GOLD system;
* Fully understand till operation and functions;
* Maintain correct scale codes/PLUs;
* Follow correct procedures for setting up products on the GOLD system (including local suppliers);
* Print required daily reports and take appropriate action;
* Ensure adherence to Price Checking guidelines and accuracy;
* Ensure SELs are accurate and the correct label format is used;
* Liaise with third party suppliers for problem resolution;
* Ensure Chill and Ambient orders are transmitted to schedule;
* Print delivery invoice for Chill and Ambient from the Invoice Access system and submit claims as appropriate;
* Knowledge of the legal requirements around pricing;
* Manage pricing and setup of in store promotions;
* Ability to use all functions on the scanning wand and associated reports;
* Review and action daily PCOMMs;
* Fill in and file relevant control documentation;
* Ensure core maintenance on system as per guide-lines;
* Ensure backup of systems are completed daily;
* Liaise with local suppliers;
* Ensure the correct cost price is against local suppliers;
This role maybe incorporate other duties as determined by the Store Manager
