Industrial Account Management Role
This position involves managing key industrial clients across various regions. Key responsibilities include delivering tailored supply chain and vendor solutions, serving as the main point of contact for day-to-day service and supply needs, and driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, supply chain, or customer service, preferably in the industrial/manufacturing sector. Strong communication and organisational skills are also essential. Knowledge of VMI or similar supply chain models is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage strategic accounts and deliver tailored Supply Chain/Vendor solutions
* Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day service and supply needs
* Drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction through stock replenishment and reporting, supplier liaison, and business reviews
Requirements:
* Experience in account management, supply chain, or customer service (industrial/manufacturing sector preferred)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused
* Knowledge of VMI or similar supply chain models is a plus
