Reservations Manager
Job Description:
As a seasoned reservations professional, you will lead our team and ensure seamless individual and group bookings. Our award-winning hotel is situated in the picturesque Wicklow mountains on the renowned Powerscourt Estate.
Our comprehensive training programme will equip you with the skills necessary to excel in this role. As part of the MHL Hotel Collection, operating under Marriott International and Autograph Collection, you will be working in a dynamic environment that values exceptional service and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the Reservations team for exceptional service and accuracy.
* Manage room inventory and support revenue strategies for optimal performance.
* Coordinate group bookings with Events and Sales teams for seamless delivery.
* Act as the point of contact for guest inquiries, VIPs, and corporate clients.
About You:
You should have at least 23 years of experience as a Reservations Supervisor (or similar) in a 4- or 5-star hotel. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential); knowledge of Opera PMS and Marriott systems is desirable.
