Role Overview
Responsible for driving sales performance across approximately 15 stores by monitoring and analysing retail targets, maximising new product opportunities, coaching and developing Account Managers and Beauty Consultants, ensuring effective training and store openings, fostering strong retail partner relationships, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and managing budgets in line with business objectives.
About you
* At least 5 years commercial retail experience
* Strong People Management Skills
* General Employment Law Knowledge
* Good Commercial Awareness & Business Acumen
* IT Skills - Excel Intermediate
* Works well under pressure and to deadlines
* Strong Problem Solving / Analytical Skills
* Strong Negotiation and Influencing skills
* Ability to motivate and lead a team
