Key Responsibilities
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the preparation of Development Budgets and Feasibility Appraisals, implementation of Value Engineering, preparation of tender documentation including Bills of Quantities, analysis of tender returns, preparing Financial Reports, operation of in-house Cost Management System, compliance with Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management Systems, preparing Payment Recommendations, agreement of Compensation Costs, Programme Analysis, and managing support staff.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will hold a Third Level Qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management. They must have 3+ years' experience working on M&E Projects and excellent communication skills. Ability to work proactively within project teams is also essential.
Benefits
