Job Purpose:To assist in the day-to-day administration duties of the officeKey Receptionist Responsibilities:Answering the telephoneTaking messages and logging all callsGreeting all visitors to the officeDealing with other enquiries (mail, E-mail, telephone, as directed)Key Administration:Responsibilities:Data input into Quickbooks to the highest level of accuracy (training will be provided)Sorting the incoming post, packing envelopes & scanning/photocopying.Handling all filing in an accurate and timely manner.Assisiting with meeting and conference organisation, as requested.Updating the CRO & RBO (training will be provided)Updating the PRTB website (training will be provided)Desirable Skills:Flexible and reliableAble to work on own initiative and as part of the teamWilling to do a variety of tasksWilling to do undertake trainingTraining will be provided for all reception dutiesJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From €27,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
