Senior Duty Manager – Boutique Luxury Hospitality
I'm partnering with a prestigious boutique luxury property in Kildare to recruit a Senior Duty Manager who will take ownership of day-to-day operations and ensure every guest experience is exceptional. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with experience across all hotel departments and a passion for delivering flawless service. What You'll Do
1. Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth coordination between Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
3. Take ownership of weddings and bespoke events, ensuring every detail is executed to perfection and exceeds client expectations.
4. Be visible and hands-on during peak times, supporting teams and maintaining luxury standards.
5. Monitor service delivery and ensure every detail reflects boutique elegance.
6. Manage staffing levels, assist with scheduling, and optimize resources for smooth operations.
7. Drive compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
8. Report to senior management and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
9. Previous experience as a Duty Manager or similar leadership role in a luxury or boutique hotel environment.
10. Strong operational knowledge across Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Guest Services, and Events.
11. Proven experience managing weddings and high-profile events with meticulous attention to detail.
12. A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.
13. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
14. Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills.
