Job Title: Financial Operations Manager
Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the financial operations function, overseeing income audit, accounts payable, payroll, billing, and accounts receivable. This role involves managing cash flow, banking, and VAT compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a finance team (approx. 5 staff).
* Oversee reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and team leadership.
* Prepare monthly management accounts with variance analysis.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 3 years PQE in hospitality, possess strong analytical, commercial, and Excel skills, and demonstrate proven leadership and communication abilities.
