Job Description
The role of Finance Manager is a key position within our organisation, responsible for leading the finance team and overseeing the management of entities with annual turnovers exceeding €300m.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of qualified accountants and finance administration staff in ensuring smooth operations of UK&I finance teams.
* Provide leadership across month-end close process, statutory financial statement preparation, external audit management, variance analysis, and strategic budget preparation.
* Collaborate with non-finance leaders on business partnering initiatives including financial scenario planning and ongoing budget management.
