Leadership Role in Residential Services
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a senior manager in Social Care, with a professional degree (level 7) in Social Care or relevant qualification.
This leadership role requires the ability to manage residential services while ensuring compliance with Department of Health Regulations and HIQA Standards. A full driving license and access to own transport are also essential requirements.

The ideal candidate would hold formal qualifications related social care field preferably level seven but candidates progressing level six may considered depending specific circumstances it deemed appropriate by line managers.
