Associate Director Underwriting will play a pivotal role in driving Optum Rx's sales and renewal financial objectives. With specific responsibility for the Retail Network Alliance Program, you will be instrumental in achieving key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to drive sales and revenue growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency
* Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand the Retail Network Alliance Program
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in underwriting or a related field, preferably in a leadership role
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
